FSE+ is a high performance editor, data set manager, file list and job output previewer facility for the TSO and VTAM Multi-User Platform (MUP) environments. FSE+'s GUI is ideally suited to users who need an easy to use yet highly functional editor. Infrequent edit users also benefit from FSE+'s design.

Applied Software - N-up Putput Generator (product)

n-Up Output Generator is an output post-processing program that takes a print file in standard 1-Up format and reformats the file into an n-Up format. "n" forms are printed horizontally across a page thus dramatically reducing print time. Since the program acts as a post-processor on program output, the advantages of n-Up processing are available without modifying existing programs. New programs need not be coded with the complex logic of generating n-Up output. If the output is in some specific order such as zip code, account or part number, the output can be generated in a format (row or column) which will eliminate the need to collate the forms after bursting.

Applied Software - SSR Client Server (product)

Applied Software Inc. (ASI) SSR Server products are full-featured file transfer applications supporting the MVS and OS/390 TSO, CICS and native VTAM platforms. SSR Server supports host connections using SNA and TCP/IP. Emulators supported include 3270, TN3270 and TN3270E.

Fundamentally, it is a " superset " of efficient program development tools for the manipulation of data sets through the steps of source code and JCL development, program compilation review, data set development and output report formatting.

Applied Software - VTAM MUP (product)

The VTAM Multi-User Platform (MUP) provides program services for multiple users per address space and multiple address spaces in a native MVS VTAM environment. Automatic SAF calls provide security processing at the same level as TSO. The VTAM MUP provides a high performance TSO-like environment without the high overhead of native MVS TSO. The VTAM MUP supports the Super IND$FILE and FSE+ applications from ASI. A batch job to initiate Super IND$FILE transfers is included with the Super IND$FILE version of the VTAM MUP.
